Shipping policy

All orders are shipped out after they are fulfilled. Digital items are sent as an email file to your provided email address. Your (physical item(s)) order takes on average 7 business days to complete and fulfill, and then shipping times will be an addition to that time period.

If your purchased digital download file does not arrive within ten minutes, PLEASE reach out to me and I will send you a replacement email file. 

International shipments might incur customs fees. Every country, depending on the package, may have a different set of regulations for shipments. We do not take any responsibility for any type of customs fees, and will be unable to answer any questions about such. Please check with your local authority before ordering. 

If your order never arrives, PLEASE let us know! First, please check your confirmation of shipping for the correct address. If the address is incorrect, we will send a replacement but it will need to be at your expense. If the shipping address was correct, please contact us at: Elainerunmoreblog@gmail.com with your order number and we will look into it.
